Achieving sour-ness


Well, my experiment is 3 days old. It didn't seem to be doing anything after the initial fizz from the yeast. So I did some more research yesterday. After reading some other people's blogs about growing a starter, I discarded a cup of my current starter and then added a cup each of flour and water. It has bubbled up nicely, but I don't think it's quite ready for the ultimate test.
